Listeners are people on Koode App who have seen tough times in their lives and can actively listen to your problems and feelings and make you feel better.

How to create id in Koode?

The process of creating an ID is straightforward. To begin, the user should download the Koode application from the Play Store and input their mobile number. After opening the application, the user will be prompted to review and agree to the terms and conditions displayed on the screen. By entering the one-time password (OTP), the user acknowledges their acceptance of the terms and conditions and creates a username for their ID. The login process is then complete.

How to use free service?

Users are welcome to try Koode free services before deciding to upgrade to premium services. If they are satisfied with the free services, they can choose to subscribe to premium services for additional features and benefits.

How to use premium services?

1. Click on the "Add Coin" option available on the app.

2. Select a suitable plan for the premium service.

3. Make the payment using net banking or other available payment options.

4. Once the payment is confirmed, the user can start using the premium service immediately.

It's important to note that users may need to create an account or log in to their existing account before accessing the premium service. Additionally, they should ensure that their payment details are accurate and up-to-date to avoid any issues with payment processing.

How to claim refund?

All users have the right to claim a refund, subject to the criteria specified in our refund policy. If a user meets the eligibility requirements for a refund as stated in the policy, they can make a claim by sending an email to Koode@gmail.com. The Koode customer support team will respond to the email within 24 hours with further instructions on how to proceed with the refund. It's advisable for users to read and understand the refund policy carefully before making a refund request to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.

How to rate an expert?

Users have the option to rate the executive's performance based on their skills and abilities through the rating system available at the end of the service section. This allows users to provide feedback on their experience and helps Koode improve the quality of its services.
